Neo-modernism is the background for Tephra. The font is firmly intended for use in titling and display environments, yet at smaller sizes it creates tantalizing patterns: typography becomes image.
The grid dominates the Tephra font family – there are none of the proportional harmonies that we are used to seeing in traditional fonts. Yet, despite its grid, Tephra has softness and elegance that permeates the cold geometry where the intricate interaction between space and counter is moulded by the the font’s closed spacing. The different font styles either overlap or outline each other, providing levels of aesthetic quality and flexibility which elevate Tephra‘s typography to conceptual expression.
The family’s support for over 100 languages provides additional layers with which you can be creative. The Standard Edition includes a complete Latin A Extended character set.
