SFPL was designed by Sumner Stone and published by Stone Type Foundry. SFPL contains 7 styles and family package options.
The SFPL family was developed as part of a visual identity program for the San Francisco Public Library.
It is intended as an economical, easy to use, highly legible typeface family for publishing newsletters, brochures, booklets, annual reports and the like.
Together with Cycles, Stone Print, and Arepo it makes up a superfamily of typefaces.
