Valve is an industrial typeface with superelliptical letterforms and pragmatic stroke logic. Emotionless, android-like forms evoke plastics, pharmaceuticals, electronics, and alternative energy. Many ultramodern typefaces conjure tongue-in-cheek references to a retro futurism, but Valve is purely synthetic-built solely from artificial elements with no specific structural source.
