Pp_lepu was designed by Carlos Camargo Guerrero and published by Andinistas. Pp_lepu contains 4 styles and family package options.
Pp_lepu was started in 1999 and consists in the systematic distortion of the printed letters on movies stickers. Its design process was based on burning, getting wet, drying, sanding, copying and scanning with low resolution until getting an exclusive group of digitizings without curved lines. For this reason, Pp_lepu has a hardcore rhythm in its 4 variations; each one thought as raw material for graphic design related with cyberpunk atmospheres.
In another sense, its idealized usefulness seen from an unreal point of view, reflects the underground side of an experimental typographic system whose objective is to magnify the utopian vision of documents done with semi-pixeled letters that express technology.
With this said, Pp_lepu 1, 2, 3 have 260 glyphs each and are ideal for logos, words, phrases located on covers, tags, cloths, wrapping, etc.
Pp_lepu dingbats has 26 illustrations useful for background and textures.
