Conto Slab is an individual and significant slab serif typeface in eight weights. Like Conto, it is mainly designed for corporate identity, editorial and advertising design – and, like Conto, an extensive set of more than a hundred ligatures make the typeface useful for logotypes and lettering.
Its minimalist and simplified lowercase forms, combined with contrast that ranges from the mono-linear in the thin to the pronounced in the bold and spiced with slab serifs, mark Conto Slab as a striking companion or alternative to Conto.
And check out the extraordinary italics! These aren’t the slanted obliques of a slab serif, they are a unique mixture of real italics and oblique shapes.
Each weight of Conto Slab contains some 878 glyphs to support all Latin-script based languages and includes small caps, all the figures you need for serious typography and, of course, case and small-cap sensitive punctuation and fractions
